The "Houou Course" begins with three appetizers: raw yuba, sea urchin, and vinegared mozuku seaweed, followed by a luxurious salad of snow crab and avocado and a five-piece sashimi platter including bluefin tuna.The menu is packed with delicious dishes, including a platter of three kinds of local chicken, grilled skewers, fried kenchin, and steamed oysters in wine.The hot pot is shabu-shabu made with local chicken and Sangen pork, and the final dish is champon noodles or rice porridge.The satisfying course ends with a seasonal dessert.
